A couple who have already been handed a suspended sentence for having sex in public have been arrested again for allegedly romping in a photo booth.
Eric and Lori Harmon were arrested on Wednesday morning, September 22, and charged with indecent exposure and participation in preparation of obscene material.
They were arrested in January for getting frisky on a Ferris wheel and a judge sentenced the couple to three years in prison, with the sentence being suspended upon their service of two years’ probation.
But now, just five months later, the pair have been arrested on suspicion of performing sex acts in an arcade photo booth in Garden City, South Carolina, the US.
The pair were told in April that If they were to be caught repeating their illicit activities they could face prison time.
According to multiple police reports obtained by local news channel News13, the couple were picked up by cops after performing sex acts in a photo booth at the Garden City Pavilion Arcade and sharing the video to Twitter.
News 13 says on August 5, police were called to Oceanside Village where someone provided them with a USB drive with several different incidents involving the Harmons performing sex acts in public taken from various social media platforms.
The police report, reveals that the person who called police said there have been “continuing issues” with the couple's predilection for al fresco sex.
Apart from the incident on the "family friendly" Ferris wheel at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the couple have also previously been accused of similar acts in a Food Lion parking lot and in a park.

And back in late July, Lori Harmon was accused of sitting on a front porch fully-exposed, according to an arrest warrant. She’s also accused of participating in sexual acts while exposed.
Lori Harmon was also suspected of urinating on two vending machines, while her husband Eric has also been accused of sharing an obscene video on Twitter, say police.
News 13 reports that, according to online booking records, Eric and Lori Harmon are both currently being held without bond in J. Reuben Long Detention Centre in South Carolina.
