A dad brutally beat a pastor after he reportedly caught him touching his young son inappropriately.
The Oklahoma father flew into a rage after he staked out a school bus stop and recorded the alleged incident, police have said.
By the time cops arrived, Michael Coghill had been left with a black eye and his skull was fractured.
The 33-year-old has been charged with indecent act to a child and is currently in custody at the Oklahoma City Detention Center after the dad showed the recording to officers.
The police have not confirmed whether the father will be charged in relation to the attack.
News9 reported it was not the first incident reported where Coghill is accused of following and interacting with the boy.
The nine-year-old told his parents he had seen Coghill jogging in the area several times before the bus stop attack.
On that Monday where he was touched inappropriately, the minor felt uncomfortable.
The pastor, based at Lakehoma Church of Christ, did not live in the neighborhood where the bus stop is located.
On Wednesday, the boy's father decided to take it upon himself to deal with matters in his own hands and headed to the bus stop with his on.
He parked the car where he was able to still see his son and waited for Coghill to show up.
He then recorded the alleged incident from the vehicle.
Cops say the pastor ran past the boy where the child was waiting, turned around, and came back around where he reportedly touched him.
After recording the incident, the dad, enraged, confronted Coghill before brutally bashing him and leaving the cleric injured.

Officers say he was left with a fractured skull and a cracked left orbital socket, leading to a black eye.
Neighbours have been in shock after the alleged incident.

"There's hardly any words that are camera appropriate," Lisa Ward, who witnessed the incident, told News9.
"It's just sickening. He knew the time he would be there every day, that was the hardest part, the most disgusting part," Ward added.
Lakehoma Church of Christ released a statement condemning Coghill's actions and saying he has been 'relieved from his duties.'
Coghill's profile has since been removed from the church's website.
