Meghan Markle has revealed what was going on behind the scenes when she tearfully confessed she was "not OK" in an iconic interview last year.
The Duchess of Sussex was on a royal tour of South Africa in October 2019 when she spoke to ITV's Tom Bradby.
Footage of an emotional Meghan welling up as the journalist asked her how she was went viral on social media.
"Not many people have asked if I'm OK, but it's a very real thing to be going through behind the scenes," she told him.
"Any woman, especially when they're pregnant, you're really vulnerable, and so that was made really challenging.
"And then when you have a newborn, you know. And especially as a woman, it's a lot."

Mr Bradby then asked if it would be fair to say that Meghan is "not really OK? As in, it's really been a struggle?", to which she replied "yes".
A year on from the interview that broke hearts around the world, the Duchess has shed more light on what was going through her head at the time.
She and husband Prince Harry recently made a guest appearance on the popular youth podcast Teenager Therapy to mark World Mental Health Day.
When one of the hosts asked Meghan how she was, she replied: "Isn't that funny – it was about a year ago that someone asked me that.
"We were on a tour in South Africa, and on the last day of the tour, man I was tired. I was just about to give Archie a bath. I was exhausted."
Harry chimed in to say that Meghan was breastfeeding their son Archie, who was just a few months old at the time and accompanied his parents on tour.
"It was like running a marathon," Meghan said.
"Between every official engagement, I was running back to make sure our son was fed.
"But at the end (of filming), the journalist asked me if I was OK, and I didn't realise that my answer would receive such an interest from around the word.

"I didn't think about that answer. I just answered honestly because I was in a moment of vulnerability, because I was tired, because there was no presentation.
"It was just, here's where I am – I'm a mom who is with a four-and-a-half-month-old baby, and we are tired."
Thankfully the new mum is doing much better a year on, she said.
"I think it speaks to the fact that the reason it resonated with people is because everyone wants to be asked if they're OK," she explained.
"A year later, I would say, yes, I am doing well."
Harry and Meghan are in a very different place than this time last year — geographically as well as mentally.
They've stepped down as senior royals and are now living with Archie in a £10 million mansion in California and have embarked on a number of exciting new ventures including a £112 million Netflix deal.
