A group of Satanists have threatened to put a revenge hex on whoever's responsible for the loss of their "Halloween House" after it was set alight in a suspected arson attack.
The house, in the so-called 'Witchcraft District' of Poughkeepsie, went up in flames at 5am on Thursday morning.
Two people were inside the house at the time, but luckily they escaped unharmed.
CCTV footage from the time of the attack appears to show a man walking up to the house carrying two petrol cans, the New York Post reports.
The video allegedly shows him splashing the liquid onto the porch before igniting it and running away.

Now The Church of Satan, reeling from the loss of their treasured house, has sworn they will have vengeance.
"Everybody’s in shock and everyone in the neighbourhood is worried," church member Isis Vermouth told the Poughkeepsie Journal.
"Whoever did this is going to be hexed by all of us. I feel like this was definitely malicious."
Vermouth added: “I just don’t understand why anyone would want to p*ss off Satanic witches, cause now there's going to be hell to pay."
Peter Gilmore, High Priest of the Church of Satan, said: "Sadly there are some 'people of faith' who are intolerant, and typically ignorant, of other belief systems."
The Halloween House was built in 1900 and was once owned by high-ranking member of The Church of Satan, Joe "Netherworld" Mendillo, who died last January.
Every year, the gang would gather at the house to celebrate Halloween.
Describing the house, councillor Chris Petsas said: "It was a home that promoted the Church of Satan.
"A lot of devil sculptures and paraphernalia. It was extraordinarily different. It wasn't your normal home."
