Meghan Markle’s pal Jessica Mulroney has hit back after being criticised by people on social media over a photo she posted.
Jessica, 40, is a close friend of Meghan Markle and a regular fashion contributor to Good Morning America.
On Wednesday, November 11, she posted a picture of herself on Instagram with a caption about looking forward to the "next chapter".
But people – including someone claiming to be a veteran – have called her out for posting about her herself on Remembrance Day.
The veteran wrote in a comment under the post: "Always remember the veteran's [sic] as well… would have been nice to see you acknowledge them, as opposed to some self promotion!"
Jessica replied: "I apologise truly. I have so much respect for veterans and I am involved in many fundraisers. Now let's go on everyone's feed who hasn't posted and shame them all."
She then added links for followers to donate to Legion.ca and CanadaHelps.org, two charities which support veterans, in her Instagram stories with the message: "For those who believe an Instagram post makes the biggest difference. Try something new. Donate and swipe up!"
Other followers seemed to love the photo, however, with one writing: "We're all on a journey. Sending you a big hug. Gorgeous photo."
Another wrote: "You look stunning."

Jessica only returned to social media in August after a two month break following a public dispute with influencer Sasha Exeter amid the Black Lives Matter movement.
Exeter accused Mulroney of "threatening her livelihood" after "taking offence" at a Black Lives Matter video posted online.
The feud resulted in Jessica being dropped from prominent TV roles and several brand partnerships.
It was also reported Meghan allegedly cut ties with Mulroney over the controversy, and Jessica later issued a public apology.
She said: "I want to say from my heart that every word of my apologies to Sasha over the course of the last two weeks privately, and again both publicly and privately today is true.
"I did not intend in any way to jeopardise her livelihood.
"We had a disagreement and it got out of hand. For that I am sorry."
