Prince William and Kate Middleton in never seen before NHS Christmas photo

A family photo of Kate Middleton, Prince William and their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis addressed to NHS staff has emerged online.

The charming photo features the happy royals sitting on a bench with a pile of wood behind them.

In the snap, Princess Charlotte sits on her mum’s knee while Prince George is smiling next to his dad.

Cheeky Prince Louis steals the show with a beaming smile.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their family appeared in the snap as part of a festive Christmas for NHS staff.

Addressed to the NHS, it read: "To all the amazing NHS staff.

"Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and New Year."

Kensington Palace are yet to release the image officially but the family have spent most of the pandemic speaking to Covid frontline workers.

On March 21, Prince William and Kate were snapped at a 111 ambulance call centre ran by the London Ambulance Service.

During the visit, Garrett Emmerson, the chief executive of the London Ambulance Service told the couple it was the "busiest time in history."

Prince William and Kate also visited NHS workers during they recent Royal train tour of England, Scotland and Wales.

The pair thanked frontline workers from the Scottish Ambulance Service for their efforts in Newbridge, near Edinburgh.

It coincided with the announcement that the duke and duchess have become joint patrons of NHS Charities Together.

The 240 NHS charities in the UK provide extra funding and additional services above and beyond what the NHS core-funds, supporting hospitals, community and mental health services, and ambulance services.
