The Queen is "over the moon" about Meghan Markle's pregnancy, but her joy is "tinged with sadness" that she won't see much of the new baby, a royal expert claims.
Prince Harry and his wife announced they're expecting their second child in a sweet social media post on Valentine's Day.
The new baby, who will be Archie's little brother or sister, will also be Her Majesty's tenth great-grandchild.
In a statement released after the Sussexes' happy news, Buckingham Palace said: "Her Majesty, the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince of Wales and the entire royal family are delighted and wish them well."
However royal biographer Katie Nicholl suggests the Queen's delight will be bittersweet due to the thousands of miles separating her from her grandson and his family.
"The family will be over the moon for Harry and Meghan," she told OK! magazine.
"It's another great-grandchild for the Queen and fifth grandchild for the Prince of Wales.
"It will be a real moment to celebrate. It's just tinged with sadness that they won't get to see this grandchild as much as they might like.

"The Queen adores her family and is happiest when she's surrounded by them."
Harry and Meghan upped sticks and left London for sunny Los Angeles more than a year ago, to coincide with their decision to step down from The Firm.
It was confirmed last week that the arrangement is permanent and they won't be returning as working royals.
The proud parents have been raising their son Archie in their new multi-million pound home in Santa Barbara, and will likely do the same with their second child.
It's understood Archie has not seen his great-grandparents the Queen and Prince Philip in more than a year.
The news of Meghan's pregnancy came days after Princess Eugenie gave birth to her first child, a son named August.
Depending on Meghan's due date which has not been publicly released, her second baby will either be the Queen's tenth or eleventh great-grandchild, as Zara Tindall is also due to give birth this year.
The couple announced the pregnancy on February 14, releasing an adorable black-and-white photo of a visibly pregnant Meghan resting her head in Harry's lap under a "fertility tree" at their California home.
"We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother," a spokesperson said.
"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child."
