A County Deputy in the US has been arraigned after alleged incidents of exposing himself and committing sex acts, including masturbating in a patrol car.<\/p>\n
Yamhill County Sheriff\u2019s Office Deputy David Richard Mills has been hit with 12 chargers relating to allegations of creating pornography while in uniform, documents show.<\/p>\n
Incidents between 2022 and 2023 were shared in court documents that have led to charges of official misconduct, public indecency, disorderly conduct and abuse of venerated objects.<\/p>\n

It was also alleged Mills, 36, allegedly posted indecent photos and videos to both X and OnlyFans. <\/p>\n
The allegations include masturbating in his patrol car and posting the video online.<\/p>\n
According to FOX 12, Mills allegedly masturbated into a water bottle of another person with the intent of the person drinking it.<\/p>\n
He is also accused of sharing that video online for financial benefit on Jan. 5, 2022.<\/p>\n
Mills allegedly posted a picture with his penis exposed while in uniform on April 2, 2023.<\/p>\n

He is also alleged to have exposed his penis in the sheriff\u2019s office on August 6, 2023.<\/p>\n
Mills was taken into custody today (December 17) and processed at the Yamhill county courthouse.<\/p>\n
According to his release agreement, the judge released him on the condition that he is \u201cnot allowed to be seen publicly, including online, wearing any law enforcement insignia.\u201d<\/p>\n
As reported by CBS7, Benton County District Attorney John Haroldson said. \u201cWe understand that the community has a high level of expectation for the professionalism of those who work in public safety. When there is any breach in that professionalism, we take that very seriously.\u201d<\/p>\n
Yamhill County Sheriff\u2019s office confirmed \u201cthe employee depicted in the content\u201d had been placed on leave.<\/p>\n
