A massive social media star bodybuilder has died from a cardiac arrest after a liver tumour caused a huge bleed.
Rodolfo Duarte Ribeiro dos Santos died on a Monday in Brazil, just two months after getting engaged at the age of 33. According to Brazilian news outlets, he “suffered a cardiac arrest after a haemorrhage caused by a liver adenoma”.
A spokesman for the man's family slammed rumours that he died due to alleged steroid use, which they said was “not true”. But, the spokesman added in a statement made to Brazilian media: “Rodolfo’s family and associates repudiate conclusions about the professionals private life, especially at such a painful time, in which respect is required.”

And a someone claiming to be a friend commented: “Big heart. Big shoulder. Rodolfo would find any solution to make your day better. He did the best he could all the time, a little shy, a little closed off, then you get to know him, see what a great guy he is.”
