Deputy accused of sex act in patrol car as his racy content page discovered

A County Deputy in the US has been arraigned after alleged incidents of exposing himself and committing sex acts, including masturbating in a patrol car.

Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office Deputy David Richard Mills has been hit with 12 chargers relating to allegations of creating pornography while in uniform, documents show.

Incidents between 2022 and 2023 were shared in court documents that have led to charges of official misconduct, public indecency, disorderly conduct and abuse of venerated objects.

It was also alleged Mills, 36, allegedly posted indecent photos and videos to both X and OnlyFans.

The allegations include masturbating in his patrol car and posting the video online.

According to FOX 12, Mills allegedly masturbated into a water bottle of another person with the intent of the person drinking it.

He is also accused of sharing that video online for financial benefit on Jan. 5, 2022.

Mills allegedly posted a picture with his penis exposed while in uniform on April 2, 2023.

He is also alleged to have exposed his penis in the sheriff’s office on August 6, 2023.

Mills was taken into custody today (December 17) and processed at the Yamhill county courthouse.

According to his release agreement, the judge released him on the condition that he is “not allowed to be seen publicly, including online, wearing any law enforcement insignia.”

As reported by CBS7, Benton County District Attorney John Haroldson said. “We understand that the community has a high level of expectation for the professionalism of those who work in public safety. When there is any breach in that professionalism, we take that very seriously.”

Yamhill County Sheriff’s office confirmed “the employee depicted in the content” had been placed on leave.
