Rob Van Dam admits number of joints he smokes and says hes rolling all day

WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam has revealed the number of joints he smokes, and is still confident he is not an addict.

The one of a kind wrestler revealed he is "rolling all day" in a recent podcast appearance. In-ring legend Van Dam believes he smokes at least two in the morning with his coffee, "just like Bob Marley".

His habit for a toke or two to start his day carries on after a round of heavy exercise at the gym, with a third on the cards for the former WWE Champion. He did add there are outside factors which limit how much he takes in a day.

Speaking on his habit, the in-ring legend said there are some days where he receives "half as much" as intended. But it all depends on whether fellow wrestler and wife Katie Forbes is present.

He said: "I wake up and I usually smoke two doobies in the morning just like Bob Marley. After that I’ll drink coffee and then after that, I’ll either do something like go to the gym, or I gotta make some goals or go somewhere, if I go and decide to go and roll that third doobie, that usually kinda changes the day.

"I’m pretty much rolling all day, but, anywhere it’d probably be between 5 and 10, with a factor being sometimes if Katie’s there, if she’s smoking with me and smokes half the doobie, then I only get half as much."

The AEW star is on a case-by-case appearance basis with the wrestling brand, but appears rather content with gym, weed and wrestling the occasional bout. The 52-year-old is still in fighting shape, as the Daily Star previously reported.

Wrestling since 1990 and still keeping in great shape to continue his legendary career in the ring, Van Dam shared some snaps of his physique before returning to the ring in AEW. The record-setting ECW champion posed for a few gym snaps in August.

The top star made an AEW debut earlier this year in a match against Jack Perry for the FTW Championship. Despite losing the bout, fans believed the star, who has been wrestling since 1990, was still in as good a shape as ever.

It came as a surprise to those in attendance, who witnessed Rob Van Dam's first televised match since 2020, with his debut for All Elite Wrestling capturing fans' attention, as did his physique.
