A shocking video has shown a 'Free Palestine' protester throwing painted mice into a McDonald's in front of horrified diners.
The video, which has been widely shared on social media, shows two blokes unloading boxes of mice from their vehicle which had been spray painted in the colours of the Palestinian flag. The vehicle had fake license plates being used to cover their real reg numbers which spelled "Palestine" as "PAIISTN".
It's believed the person can then be seen walking up to the Star City McDonald's branch in Birmingham, walking past children, before throwing the mice are thrown onto the floor.

"Free f***ing Palestine' and 'F*** Israel'," one of the blokes was heard yelling as two women were standing by the self-service screens. Customers could be heard screaming and were seen jumping in shock after the rodents were hurled into the branch.
The video shared online with the caption "enjoy your rat burgers". Workers at the branch were seen trying to divert the mice out of the restaurant in a subsequent video.
In a statement to LBC a McDonald's spokesperson said: "We are aware of an incident in our Birmingham Star City restaurant this evening where a number of mice were released by a member of the public. Following the removal of the mice, the restaurant has been fully sanitised and our pest control partners have been called out to conduct a full inspection."

West Midlands Police said in a statement: "We're investigating after live rodents were thrown into a restaurant off Watson Road, Nechells, at around 5.30pm yesterday (30 October). We understand the distress this will have caused and it's not acceptable in any circumstances.
"This is currently being treated as a public nuisance offence and we've active lines of enquiries to identify, and then arrest, who was involved. Anyone with information is asked to contact us via Live Chat on our website, or by calling 101, and quote log 3847 of 30/10/23."
